Business city in Malinovka
Minsk is continuously raising modern business centers in its micro-districts, which very often except utility functions (providing the companies with modern offices) solve problems of leisure of residents, living in surrounding areas.
This kind of multifunctional modern complex will appear soon not far from western border of the capital between two avenues – Dzerzhinskava and Gazeti Pravda, occupying the area of 3, 5 hectares. Designer and developer of the project is ‘Tvorcheskaya masterskaya – 7’ with the director Anatoliy Tseitlin.
The problem of ventilation of building will be solved with the help of central conditioning system. Over the area of 30 000 square meters bowling, bank, beauty salon, restaurant, casino, shopping center (2000 square meters area), discotheque, closed car park with 160 places and underground garage will be placed.
The construction of building won`t differ significantly from similar objects across the city: reinforced concrete skeleton, outer walls made of calcium silicate blocks, hidden behind composite panels and ceramogranite tiles.
