Territory of the planned district is located at the entrance to the city directed to Moscow and not far from Minsk-2 International Airport. Composition arrangement of designated object is taking into consideration general town-planning concept and value of its location. Also, it is based on application of modern methods of planning volume and space composition. Function and construction scheme of designed buildings influenced its architectural formation. The main feature of territory zoning concept is integration of residential, public and communal-economy sector. The public area of complex consists of shopping center with garage attached (located on intersection of 50 Lyet Pabyedy and planned Street), as well as public service premises on the first floors of residential buildings (located along Nezavisimosti Avenue). Communal-economy zone is formed by separate object of over ground garage.
